All Products are stable to be shipped at room temperature, unless otherwise specified. ACI will intimate customer where special temperature conditions are required. Depending on the nature of the products either shipment would be cool shipment or temperature-controlled shipment. There would be an additional charge for shipment with temperature control with data logger. We use appropriate packaging materials and follow industry best practices for shipping.
